8/25/2016 0 Comments Quiet Book RevealFair warning: if you decide to start a quiet book for your kid, you might go overboard really quick—resulting in giving up a few times, and taking 2 years to put it together while said kid plays with the individual unfinished pages. And then you realize that your kid has outgrown that page, so maybe your newest kid will be able to reap the benefits of your labors. Maybe you should have made things more gender-neutral, haha!

8/10/2016 0 Comments Birthday MamaThe best way to start your birthday is with Jeremy's homemade crepes! That husband sure knows the way to his wife's heart is through her sweet tooth! They were filled with strawberry-banana and whipped cream.
For our family activity, we went to Seven Peaks Fun Center in Lehi! It was challenging to find rides that little baby could go on, but the merry go round was a hit! Lily loved any ride she was tall enough to go on, including the airplane ride (a lot like dumbo at Disneyland), the pirate ship that swings back and forth, a short hydraulic up-and-down ride, and the bumper boats. 8/9/2016 0 Comments Dinosaur MuseumIt's Jeremy's last week of summer vacation, so we headed to the Museum of Ancient Life for the kids' first visit to see dinosaurs! Another 2 Buck Tuesday success.
8/6/2016 0 Comments Rainbow Art 5th Birthday PartyThis not so little girl turned 5 on Tuesday. We celebrated her birthday with friends and family at home today. When we let her pick the theme for her birthday I should have expected a mashup of all her favorite things.
Favorite color: Rainbow Favorite things: art, unicorns, baby dolls, animals When you grow up: A doctor (veterinarian, to be exact!) She amazes me every day with her creativity and caring. She helped me put the party together, from painting name tags and making signs to choosing a cake and helping me set up the tables in the morning. 8/2/2016 0 Comments Lily's 5 Years Old!These five years have gone by in a blur. My once chubby little baby registered for Kindergarten today. At her assessment, they told her she is ready and got her all excited!
